UN human rights experts say that a UK govt-commissioned race report tried to "normalise white supremacy" - it repackaged racist tropes & stereotypes into fact, twisted data and misapplied statistics. Johnson has to explain why he was trumpeting the report.

UN experts have condemned the UK race report, saying it normalises white supremacy. Strong words in this statement. https://www.ohchr.org/EN/NewsEvents/Pages/DisplayNews.aspx?NewsID=27004&LangID=E

TW because this is quite upsetting

While so many Black people were expressing brokenheartedness, pain, and tension while awaiting the verdict, this is what some BBC journalists and their friends were talking about. Bantering over the situation. https://twitter.com/Hebahersi/status/1384619322564304896
